چکیده

In this manuscript, we consider temporal and spatio-temporal modified Holling–Tanner predator-prey models with growth rate as a logistic type, Holling type II functional response alternative food sources for the predator. From our result of model, identify regions in parameter space which Turing instability model is expected show numerical evidence where leads to periodic solutions. Subsequently, analyse these instabilities. We use simulations illustrate behaviour both model.

Hopf bifurcation analysis of a diffusive predator-prey model with Monod-Haldane response

In this paper, we have studied the diffusive predator-prey model with Monod-Haldane functional response. The stability of the positive equilibrium and the existence of Hopf bifurcation are investigated by analyzing the distribution of eigenvalues without diffusion. We also study the spatially homogeneous and non-homogeneous periodic solutions through all parameters of the system which are spati...

The Dynamical Analysis of a Delayed Prey-Predator Model with a Refuge-Stage Structure Prey Population

A mathematical model describing the dynamics  of a  delayed  stage structure prey - predator  system  with  prey  refuge  is  considered.  The  existence,  uniqueness  and bounded- ness  of  the  solution  are  discussed.    All  the  feasibl e  equilibrium  points  are determined.  The   stability  analysis  of  them  are  investigated.  By  employ ing  the time delay as the bifurcation parame...

A Diffusive Predator-Prey Model with a Protection Zone

In this paper we study the effects of a protection zone Ω0 for the prey on a diffusive predator-prey model with Holling type II response and no-flux boundary condition. We show the existence of a critical patch size described by the principal eigenvalue λ1 (Ω0) of the Laplacian operator over Ω0 with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions. If the protection zone is over the critical patch siz...

The complex dynamics of a diffusive prey–predator model with an Allee effect in prey

This paper investigates complex dynamics of a predator–prey interactionmodel that incorporates: (a) an Allee effect in prey; (b) the Michaelis–Menten type functional response between prey and predator; and (c) diffusion in both prey and predator. We provide rigorousmathematical results of the proposedmodel including: (1) the stability of non-negative constant steady states; (2) sufficient condit...

Qualitative analysis for a diffusive predator-prey model with a transmissible disease in the prey population

In this paper we study the qualitative properties of a diffusive predator–prey model subject to the homogeneous Neumann boundary condition. By a comparison argument and iteration technique, under some hypotheses we prove that the positive constant steady state is globally asymptotically stable. We also establish the existence and non-existence of non-constant positive steady states (stationary ...
